HEALTH PROGRAM

In the Health program, you will learn about:

• Nutrition
• Healthy living
• Meditations, yoga, Pilates, Chi Gong, and Taichi.
• Protocols on how to recover, transform and maintain health in your mental

body, emotional body, physical body, and spiritual body.

This program works on the biological level, how the brain regulates a

thought, the heart responds, and the rest of the organs are in sync with the

biological system.

Your organs are antennas and processors that transform energy. Your emotions

are controlled by the neurological system and stored in each organ.
